    Refund of Social Security Tax
    Hi ,

    I worked in the US on a H1B Visa between September 1998 and June 1999. I moved out of US on a permanent basis after that . Am I eligible for a refund for the Social Security Contribution Refund ? If yes , How and what forms to fill ?

    No, you will not get refund of FICA taxes.
