Newborn visitation for a breast fed baby?
I live in Ohio, I'm wondering what are the "set standards" for a newborn baby that is breast fed? Im the mother and will have custody. The father & I were never married. He has not want anything to do with the baby until now. The baby is due in 7 weeks.

    Sincerely

The standards are that he is entitled to his rights. His visitation may not include overnights for a while, but if you try to abuse the "boob card" it might well backfire.

You would not be the first mother in history to be orderd to provide bottles.

But chances are, he won't get overnights until the baby is weened. Its really going to be up to the court and how hard he wants to fight it.
