Here it is I've known Vicky for a long time since I we were 8 and we have been friends, and since I was about 13-14 I'm 17 now and I think she may know that I like her I'm not sure but I've never felt like this about a person and I've told girls I like them before and they have used the same line "were too good friends and i dont want to risk our friendship" and I asked Vicky to prom and she turned me down I asked her as friends she told me it would be akward going with a friend and then she went with one of our friends (we both have pretty much the same friends) I've tried to forghet about her and I can't I've tried to move on and I can't and I just can't get her out of my head and in the 3 years I've had these feelings I've never told her how I feel but I can't remember a day going by that I haven't thought about her. To me she is perfect funny, a laugh, smart, caring and just really nice. I've been told I'm a really nice guy by people but I think she is just too good for me I just desperatly need help.

You should keep her as a friend and respect her wishes. It will be hard to deal with, but try to think about her as just a friend.

If that doesn't work, you should get some space from her. You need to leave her be and concentrate on yourself, you're thinking too much of this girl.

Maybe it's a good idea to stay away for a while until your heat for this woman cools down.
