Is that a good price? Not pre-owned. Left over on the lot.

Edmunds.com has it listed at $11,000 for the base model and it's a manual transmission. I don't know much about the car but you can research it a little more at the link below.

They just need to get them off the lot. So a lot of dealers are making great deals. I would check a few dealers in your area you could probably get it cheaper.

Just looking at the specs on edmunds.com I think that is the base model. Everything you listed seems pretty standard on most vehicle.
There is a model that comes with the An optional Convenience Package it includes an automatic transmission, remote keyless entry, steering-wheel audio controls, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shift lever, cruise control and security alarm.

Do you think I should bargain for a better deal? I understand they normally ask for a much higher price than they intend to sell for.

Of Course bargain for a better deal. Best thing is if you can get a few different prices from other dealers and see if someone is offering it to you for cheaper say dealer XYZ will give it to me for 9,400 can you beat that? Odds are they will. Or even go in and say I'll give you 8,500 for it and see what they counter offer is.
