    How too find out if custody papers exist
    I have 2 little girls a couple of years ago their father was trying too kill me repeatably during the divorce, while all this was going on I told my parents how could it legal for them too get custody of my girls if something should happen too me, we we meet with their(my parents) lawyer too do paper week and I signed come too find out the papers I sighed were terminating my parental rights I did not know that @ the time well now I have no rights too my kids so they say I haven't seen or spoken to my kis in 3 months , but wouldn't I have had too went to court for that?how can I find out if the papers exist ?

    Who terminated your parental rights? You need to contact the court that this order was issued through.

    So your parents had you sign paperwork terminating your parental rights? Who has the children right now?
