    Deleting numerous e-mail messages at one time
    How can I delete numerous e-mail messages without deleting a page at a time (24 messages a page.) I have over 5,000 e-mail messages that I wish I could hit one button to delete them all at once. Any suggestions?

    Check to see if the folder has an "empty" button.

    Generally you can select the first one, then scroll to the bottom and Shift click on the last to select them all.

    Depends on your e-mail client though

If u close the pane at the right bottom corner which displays message. I think your problem will be solved Go to view then layout, then uncheck "Show previe pane" option Now you can delete the message without opening it, if it contains virus Hope this helps
