    How Can I Lose Weight Top To Bottom
    Hi I'm currently looking for healthy fast ways to lose stomach weight as well as slimming my thighs down since they were pretty flabby. I'm 5'0 and weighed 123lbs, pretty fat for my height. However I am an active person, I love sports and I do it everyday. I like wearing swimsuits, especially with summer coming up. Is there any fast yet healthy way to slim down to 110lbs?

    If you are active then there should be no problem. You have to eat healthy, watch your portion sizes. Drink plenty of water to flush our your system. You haven't got much to lose apparently, probably l0 lbs. A healthy weight loss is 2 lbs. a week.
