Hi I'm currently looking for healthy fast ways to lose stomach weight as well as slimming my thighs down since they were pretty flabby. I'm 5'0 and weighed 123lbs, pretty fat for my height. However I am an active person, I love sports and I do it everyday. I like wearing swimsuits, especially with summer coming up. Is there any fast yet healthy way to slim down to 110lbs?
