hello I want to remove an exterior 36" door/jamb, frame it up for siding on outside, sheetrock/texture paint on inside. Any advice on the outside/framing required? What about putting a little window there? Cut a hole for window size and frame up with 2x4's? I know this might be hard to explain...
Hampton Bay exterior light install

The outside pole light fixture has a black, white and copper wire. At the pole I have a black wire , white wire, a red wire, a copper rod and a white covered copper rod. How do I connect? I connected the whites and blacks, but I don't know what to connect the copper coming from the fixture to.
