There are different types of foreplay. Everything from the most subtle teasing to full on pleasure. You will have to try out what you and your partner enjoy. Using feathers to stimulate the senses, slowly kissing every inch of each other's bodies, deep tissue massages are some of the more sensual types of foreplay. Spanking, candlewax, biting, are obviously the kinkier types.

There are many good books out there that offer advice and good techniques. Just need to experiment and see what floats your boat.
