    How can I stop my husband get his U.S. Citizenship.
    Hello. I am a u.s. citizen, when my husband got his green card through me he left me with 2 girls, and at that time I found myself pregnant. I have been separated for six years now. My husband does not bother to come see his three girls, even though he lives two blocks down where we live, I currently live with my family; my oldest daugther is a special need she's 14 now, 2nd one is 8 years old and the youngest will turn six years in September, and does not know her father. She only hears his name, but thinks my brother is her father. My father is very peaceful man, he did not want to do anything to my husband, but I want to do something about it, I hope its not too late. I heard from family members that he went testing two times to become a u.s. citizen and did not pass the test.

    He is now a permanent resident, nothing you can do and divorce does not jeopardize his status... move on.

    Agree with Lawanwadee, nothing to be done as he is already a permanent resident.
