I met this young man in the company cantina with other male co-workers two weeks ago.
He has a strong accent which is different from mine ( I do have an accent too), so we were making fun of each other during the whole lunch. He also got a funny look ( His nose is big, lol, I felt that is funny):D
The next day, he did high five to me ( but it was a trick), he pulled his hand away once I raised my hand, so I got a bit mad ( of course I laughed too), then he gave me a hug.
3 days after, I was looking for some information from his department, so I scheduled a meeting with him,just two of us in the meeting room. While he was explaining a question, his accent came out, his face turned red, ( and his big nose) so I laughed like noones' business! I could not help laughing so I called off the meeting.:D
The next week, he told us he had a sore throat, so I brought some Halls to him, he thanked me and shaked hands with me like a brother.:cool:
This Wednesday, he asked me to a soccer game with his friends... great fun and got to know him a bit more.
He shares a lot commons with me and a very kind person. He works hard and has a circle of good friends.

The most important thing is that, I can not help laughing when I see him, and I so want to hug him every time I see him ( but can not in reality). I think I have a crush on him!:o

Additional information, he is 24, one year younger than me. Single, shy, and kind. I am a 25 yr-old woman.:)

Tell me what I should do now? Please!!!!!!!!!:confused:

Well it sounds like he is already pursuing you! I think the feelings are mutual here and maybe you can invite him to coffee or to meet your friends. Good luck! :)

Well, I asked him to go to the park running this weekend, he said he will bring his friends. What's up with that? :(

He may be taking it slow but I wouldn't be too concerned. It may be important to him that you get along with his friends. I would think the next time the ball would be in his court to ask you out alone though. Does he flirt with you? What is his body language like around you?
You also mentioned he has an accent different than yours so I'm guessing he comes from a different culture and maybe that is how courtship works in his culture. Just a thought.

Well, he is Brazilian and I am Korean, lol. He is really shy as a Brazilian man! His friends LIKED me and they talk to me more than he does, LOL. The first thing he told me after the soccer game was "My friends liked you a lot!"

But the thing is that I will be going to work in another country for my company, he must know about that too. :(

Yea you better tell him if you're going to leave the country soon. See how he reacts to that.

Sounds like he's really shy, that's probably why he keeps bringing his friends.

Just go with the flow. Let things happen. Don't need to try to figure every little sign.

And don't forget to enjoy your time with him while you're still in the same city.

Maybe try kidding with him something along the lines of getting a transfer with you because you have gotten attached to his cute ways.
Watch the joking because you could end up saying something that offends him even if you do not mean it that way.

Everyone knows I am moving to another country in the office (They have announced that - I have just got promoted). I am also concerned on whether he is interested in dating someone who is higher than him in the company. And I am afraid he can not be transferred at this moment ( You know crisis and he is in a junior position).
Deep inside I do not have any problem daing a man that is in a lower position, every time I see him, my stomach smiles. :) :)
