I am girl and physically weak ,I take too much stress and sometimes when I am shocked of sth my heart races... recently my younger brother played a prank on me and frightened me I was so shocked that I got pain in my heart area left arm can anybody please help me how to decrease this pain, it is also difficult for me to sleep!!

You really need to see your doctor or go to a walk-in-clinic and demand some tests to be done. When it comes to your heart- you really shouldn't wait or play by ear.

The clinics or hospitals are far far away from home and my mother doesnot takes me to doctor. she actually doesnot listens to me how much I am serious or cry she won't understand.please suggest what I can do at home to relieve my chest pain which is still a litle bit.

Yeah you really need a diagnosis cause it could be a lot of things.
Stress and adrenaline messed up
Your heart and/or blood
Panic attacks
Many things
Get a diagnosis and let us know
