    Direaha after results of constipation
    Ok now I got results from being constipated for 2-3 weeks and Now I am weak and don't know what I should eat, drink and can I take my antidepress pills for the day? I did eat Activia once today.

    Drink plenty of water, eat only very mild foods, nothing spicy. I don't know if activa is a good idea right now. I see no reason you can't take your meds, but you must have something in your stomach first.

    Thanks... I just went for a walk and sat down by the lake, picked up a few things and feel mentally better - maybe the Wellb kicked in. Now I am going to have a soft boiled egg. Why not the Activia? Just curious

    Drink gatoraid too. It has electrolytes in it that you lose from diareaha.

    XOXO has a good suggestion. Replace those elctrolytes, lady. You ask why Activia. Well it gave me a the runs and I have a healthy system. Regular all the time. Those probiotics are not for everyone. Soft boiled egg is good and some toast without butter, maybe some good margarine on it to get the good oils in your system.
