    Acid alkaline diets
    I hear when eating foods in right combination is a healthier way of eating and helps to maintain weight.

    Could you recommend some books and websites that would educate me in details the acid foods and the alkaline foods, and that are generous in sharing recipes.

    If you Google "Acid Alkaline diet" you'll find lots.

    What it boils down to is eat lots and lots and lots of green vegetables, drink water or water with some lemon juice, and avoid meat, cheese, tea, coffee, grains and sugar.

    I'm experimenting with this at the moment, and what I eat is definitely making a difference to the acidity of my urine. When I mostly eat green veg, it tests about 8. Yesterday, I ate a lot of peanuts and a jelly with artificial sweetener, and this morning, it tested at 6.
