    Unmarried 17 y.o. dad
What are the rights of a unmarried 17 y.o. father in Oklahoma? Mom is 18 and trying to avoid the dad.

The same rights as any father. However, he may need to go to court to enforce those rights,

His rights include supporting the child, visitation and (perhaps) joint custody but he MUST go to Court to enforce those rights.

I'm going to disagree slighty. Paying support is a responsibility, not a right, but visitation and custody are rights.
