    KY probate proof of caims
How does one go about claiming expenses incurred as a result of caring for a now deceased relative? I have heard of a proof of caims form but I cannot locate it anywhere.

You basically bill the estate, if you were a care giver, you would have been doing regular billing for the care, so for that service you were not paid for you bill the estate.
