    Toilet Clog?
I have a toilet downstairs that seems to be clogged. But when you plunge it it goes down, but the next time you use it there is still an unseen slight clog. If you don't plunge the water will slowly go down. But the clog never seems to go away. We recently replaced the toilet, but the same thing is happening?
