    In NJ can they garnish your wages twice?

    Who is "they"? Are "they" in NJ, you in NJ or both in NJ? Do you owe "they" money in connection to a loan, other credit or damages in connection with a lawsuit? Does your credit report show any activity you didn't participate in? How long has it been since you communicated with "they" or made a transaction on the account?
