    Loan payment
    I have a loan with a bank where I also have a checking account. I was late on a payment and they took the payment from my checking account without notifying me first. I am not set up on automatic deduction for the loan. Is this legal for the bank to do this?

    Could be,go back and look at the fine print,
    I know that some credit unions will do this
