    My sons father has not seen him in 4years can I file adbandonment charges?
    My son's father has not been in his life for over four year, and I get a call that says drop my childsupport, or I want to see alex,, but the thing is he hasn't been paying anyway. He said he would sign over rights in aug of 2009 1 year after my husband and I got married . But now he doesn't want to wait that long, can I get file for abandonment on him?

    No, you cant. Tell him if he wants to see the kid, go to court and get visitation. Meanwhile, go to court and make sure they enforce the CS.
