    I want to file for abandoment on my sons father but not sure how to do it?
    My son hasn't seen his dad for almost 3 months he barely calls and checks up on him but his girlfriend is always calling and texting me and harresing me about me calling his dad. But I decided to just not to call him and just be done with him. If he wants to see him he knows how to get ahold of me. So we have joint custody but I need to know what I should do? Fill for sole custody cause I already have physical custody. So what should I do?

    You can file for sole custody and make him come request visitation or fight for joint custody. How long ago was the custody order issued?
