    Filing bankruptcy on your own
has anyone filed bankruptcy with out an attorney? In Florida?
can you include a business credit card in a personal bunkruptcy?
can you keep the vehicle if you do not include it in the bankruptcy? Regardless of its value?
    thank you for your advise

Many people file on their own every day, the issue is if you don't know what you are doing, the other side with attorneys may trick you into things wrong

next all debts, have to be included, but on things like auto and homes if they have loans on them, you can re-affirm ( you will still have to pay for them) you are only allowed certain amounts of value, in bank, in cars and so on, so if you own a 40,000 car with no loan, nope you are not going to keep it.

Next a business credit card is owned by the business, so you can not file on a business card on a personal bankruptcy.

Is this mainly credit card debt or medical bill debt you have? If that is what you have, then you could do it yourself. But as Chuck pointed out if you own your home and car free and clear and they are above the allowable limits, then no, you can't just keep them.

Since a lot of the bankruptcy laws have changed since I gathered up the debt and asset information for bankruptcy filings in Florida as a paralegal, I would suggest you make an appointment with a bankruptcy attorney and explore your options. For the cost of an attorney sometimes it's worth the aggravation. This way his office should be able to see if there is something you forgot to add into your Bankruptcy Petition filing. There are forms but if you don't know what you're doing you can really make a mess out of your finances.
