Filing Bankruptcy less than seven years from last filing
I am disabled. Is it possible for me to file bankruptcy a second time within 5-7 years from the first filing? Can they come take my car?

You will not be able to file the same chapter of bankruptcy until after the 7 years elapse. If you filed a 7 you can file a 13, but you can't file another Chapter 7 just yet. And yes, they can come and take your car if you don't pay.

I have not filed taxes for 2 years (2004, 2005) and I do not have the requisite documentation from those years. I do know that the IRS owed me a refund; I did not owe them any taxes. How does one file without this documentation? And do I need to file these years before I file for 2006?
