My father passed on a while ago and from what I heard he had banking accounts and a box in the volt with jewerly. And I was needing help finding out if that is true. Cause I was real young when he passed on so there was nothing I could do about it at that time. And he didn't have a will. Cause he's death was unexpected. He was in a car wreck. A lady pulled out and hit him. So if you could held me finding this out. I heard it was over in Texas. Where he has this

At the time of his death, his heir would have inherited what was his, if you were the hier someone would have represented the estate and the money put in a trust for you.

2. you should talk to the heir if that was not you.
