If your girlfriend is under the age of 18, yes they can keep her from seeing you.

You will be financially responsible for this child for the next 18 years or so, so I wouldn't worry TOO much about it. Once the child is born they cannot keep you from him or her.

However... there may be a problem. How old is your girlfriend and what state do you live in?

Do you know how far along she is? Do you know if any decisions have been made as to what she plans to do... keep the baby, adoption, or abortion? What she decides will play a role in what your rights will be. Depending on what decisions are made, the extent of your rights will be determined by where you live. What you can do for now is to be as supportive as is possible given her parents' present feelings. Hopefully, with some time, they will come around.

Have they made any suggestion that they are considering having you arrested for sex with a minor? Or isn't she a minor in your State?

And, yes, if she's a minor they can do this.

When the baby is born, go to Court, establish yourself as the father and get visitation rights - and pay support.
