    Is cous cous fattening
    I would like to know if cous is fattening and what can I do to reduce celulite I am only 21 years and I am not over weigth?!

    It's a high carb food that's very easy to overeat. Most people have no idea what amount forms a proper portion. You'd be better with extra green vegetables.
