There's this guy who I really like and I'm assuming he likes me since he talks to me whenever he can, flirts a bit, tries to make me laugh and looks at me a lot. But here's the problem, he has this best friends who thinks (to my knowleddge) that me and my two other friends like him. Now his friend is trying to avoid us and I think he's starting to drag the guy I like along with him. Here are my two problems: 1) I don't want the guy I like to think I like his friend and 2) Is he going to act like his friends b**** and follow him along everywhere, causing me and him to talk less... I'm getting really insecure.

You may want to tell him (just like you posted) that you are slightly interested in him,not his friends,and see what he thinks.if he steers away from you, you may not want to consider him a friend,less and only a boyfriend later... find someone who returns the interest... you deserve it!!

Well, first off, let me say that I've seen you around the forums, and you do a lot good for a lot of people, so good for you :).

Now, to your question...

I would say that you should tell the guy you like how you feel. Take him aside one day, so that you are alone, and express your feelings for him. TELL him how you feel. If he rejects you, then you can move on from him. If he reacts positively, then there you go!

I realize that this method takes A LOT of courage, and it's much easier said then done, but I don't see many other options here. I think that is the best way to solve your problem.
