    How do I install insulation between steel studs using wire?

    Hi larrygriffin1

    What type of insulation did u plan on using?
    Where in house?

    I am doing my basement with steel studding and am using 2 1/2 inch styrofoam insulation between studs. I slide it into the slotted side of stud and duck tape it to flat side.
