    Signing over custody of a child
    If the mom wants to sign over custody of daughter to the dad how would they go about it

    They should get an attorney, draw up a child custody order, giving the father full custody, physcial and legal.
    The mother may get visits if she wants but is not required.
    The mother will be assigned child support payments.
