Signing over rights and temp. custody
Okay now I have a little sister that is living with my father! He has dropped her off at a friends house where the parent is willing to take her in and live till she turns 18! Father will not sign paper stating this other adult can get medical attention if she needs it! How do I go about with no attorneys or lawyers (no money) getting father to sign over rights and mother give temporary custody to this other adult? Please need serious help

Father is very abusive mentally and emotionally! And physical can't be proven to hold him in jail! I have a month to get this all figured out or Father is going to go pick up my sister and probably make her life a living hell for having to take her back!

If you you could please inform me on where I could get legal documents and how I go about all this! This is the first time we have ever had to do anything like like this we are lost! And we have till the end of November!

Please email me at [email protected]

    Thank you so very much!

You should either 1.) encourage this other person to file for custody or 2.) do so yourself. If you end up doing it yourself, speak with the court clerk as to needed paperwork, etc.
