    Getting custody of our grandson.
We have had temporary custody of our grandson for the last 6 months. He has lived us for much longer than that and his mother isn't interested in him unless its to threaten to take him from us. We don't have to money to hire a lawyer but its very important that we get custody. We need help!

You can try going it on your own (pro se). You go to your local Family Court and find out the process for requesting custody.

Also if you're a senior you might be able to find help through a senior advocate service in your local area. They can sometimes help with pointing you in the right direction. Its sad reflection in today's time that so many grandparents are having to raise their grandchildren.
