    Obtaining custody of grandson
    What is involved in obtaining custody of my grandson. I've had physical custody for over 7 weeks and I live in Wyoming.

    Is someone trying to take him away? I would say go to the local court and apply for guardianship.

    How did you obtain physical custody? A bit of the history would help us help you better.

    But the process is to go to Family Court and petition for custody.
