    Can I verify a person's U.S. citizenship?
    My 76-year-old, father-in-law is going to marry a Russian-born woman 20 years his junior. How do we verify she has passed the naturalization test and is now a U.S. citizen? Is this public record?

    Citizenship is not a matter of public record.

    Agreed! You will have to trust she is or jut realize it's no ones business but hers.
