Refund of SS and Medicare Taxes
    Hi,

I received my wrongly withheld Social Security and Medicare taxes (as a Non-resident student) from my employer. Will this amount have to reflect on my 2008 tax filing as an income in any way? If yes, how do I report it; and if no do I indicate that I have already received that amount already?

    Thank you.

No, it is not an income.
