    Can I get refund of social security and medicare taxes?
    Hi , I am in U.S from April'07 on H1b. When I see my paycheck,I am getting very much disappointed... is there any way to get refund of social security and medicare or federal withholding?

    H1-B is work visa. You wages are subject to Social Security and Medicare taxes. You will not get it back.
