    Weight management
    I'm 60 pounds overweight what should I do? I need advice fast I always fill tired and I use to be fit but now that I'm out of school I let myself go please answer. :(

    First go to your dr and get a checkup before you start any fitness program.

    I'd start light and then work your way up to more difficult exercises. So just start with going for a walk and then gradually add more physical activities. Perhaps get together with your friends and play basketball or frisbee (or anything). There are some great fitness programs on cable too.

    Also cut back on fatty foods and sweets. It's OK to have a treat occasionally but just don't overdo it. There are some great alternatives on the market if you just have a sweet tooth.

    Try to put together a support system. Have someone 'on your team' cheering you on. Whether it's a parent, friend, or support group, someone to talk to or participate with you will encourage you to keep going. Check out The 50 Million Pound Challenge.
