Anger management
Hey my name is marie and I am 14 years old. Recently I have been getting reli angry over the smallest things and lyk when me and my sister have a fight I will slap her and get reli violent. I need some help but I don't know how to go about it and if you have to pay and that. I live in ealing does any one no a place?:)

Anger is one thing. Getting violent needs attention. Psycologists are equipped to handle this sort of problem.
Relaxation exercises can help, so can taking a walk. Give us some examples of what might cause hitting and maybe you'll get some better suggestions. |
