    Trying to get my wife pregnant
    When I am about to climax my fluids/sperm that comes out used to shoot out. Now it only drips out. Is there any medication out there to help this?

    Very possible, first how do you know exactly how it is coming out at your climax, and second you are still having a climax.

    Have you had a doctor check your sperm count and to see if there are any other problems
