    I'm fat
So, here goes. Since turning 20 (3 years ago), my weight has fluctuated from 120 to 175 and all around. This is with roughly the same daily caloric intake.

I'm wondering what exercises would be the best for someone that is 5'3" and 165 pounds. My problem areas are my thighs, stomach, and arms...

I'm also concerned that I never seem to be able to love the chubby cheeks and double chin.

    Thanks for the advice.

"These boots were made walking......." and a sensible diet, no chocolate, three meals a day. Watch your portion size. You said before you haven't got time cause you work 3 jobs, chi, so basically you are asking us the impossible.

Cut out one job and start looking after your health. You are still not too old to be safe rather then sorry.

I think we have been around this corner before.

    With kindest regards,

I have two jobs, I can't quit one. I don't want to be homeless.

I just want to know what exercises I can do to target these areas.

Nothing specifically will cause weight reduction in any one place. You really have just got to find someway to get more movement in your day and maybe be even more diligent in what, and how much, you are eating.

Are both jobs full time as in 80 hours a week total? If nothing else, get up a half hour earlier and do some working out, go for a walk. When you do housework, make it into an exercise routine and do lunges while you vacuum, squats as you take laundry out of the drier, use the canned goods as weights several times before putting them away in the cupboard. Do some push-ups against a wall. As you walk while grocery shopping, to and from your car at your jobs, while you are at your jobs, wherever... lift your rib cage and tighten your stomach muscles for a few seconds, relax, and keep repeating... it's like doing standing crunches. Do the same with your bum cheeks. Those types of things can help with your stomach, thighs, and arms. Buy an inexpensive jump rope and use it during commercials when you watch TV or for a few minutes before you leave for work. On any days off, put in a full hour of some type of exercise.
It's going to take time, but you will see change if you stick with it.
