So, here goes. Since turning 20 (3 years ago), my weight has fluctuated from 120 to 175 and all around. This is with roughly the same daily caloric intake.
I'm wondering what exercises would be the best for someone that is 5'3" and 165 pounds. My problem areas are my thighs, stomach, and arms...
I'm also concerned that I never seem to be able to love the chubby cheeks and double chin.
