    Summons of Continuing Garnishment
I received a summons of continuing garnishment today. The law firm has citibank as the plaintiff, but all the letters say its from a debt collector. How can I tell if they are representing citibank or if they have purchased the debt. What should be the next steps I take. From these forums I gathered that I should file an intent to defend and send a letter of discovery to the law firm. Is there anything else I should do for now? Any help is greatly appreciated.

The continuing dog/cat saga [ 3 Answers ]

Ok... the cats are beginning to get bolder and come out of their closet. And I finally had the face to face meeting... and it turns out that Trinkett (the greyhound) is terrified of cats.
