    Starter panel
    I want to make a starter panel for 3 Kw

    So what should be the rating of MCCB, contactor, and OLR

    How can I find out its rating of the above mentioned

    If the supply voltage is 220v ac

    For current calculation it is important to know if it is star or delta wiring.

    Dear Sunil,

    Your equipment is 3 kw at 220 v ac. Hence motor current would be @ 13.6 Ampere at full load.
    You would require 10 to 16 ampere MPCB, instead of MCCB. Contactor range available is 18 ampere. LC1D18 of merlin gerin make.
