For current calculation it is important to know if it is star or delta wiring.

Dear Sunil,

Your equipment is 3 kw at 220 v ac. Hence motor current would be @ 13.6 Ampere at full load.
You would require 10 to 16 ampere MPCB, instead of MCCB. Contactor range available is 18 ampere. LC1D18 of merlin gerin make.
