Honda Stream Locked in Park?
I start my engine push the brake but won't move out of park !

I was working on the radio before and that don't work even though there's power getting to the radio. Are they connected?

Ok as a temp fix, on your shifter their should be a spot you can put your key, push your key into it and put the car in neutral(make sure your foot is on the break), then start your car you should be able to go to all other modes(reverse, drive neutral etc) but not park, if you put it in park you will have to use the key again. This is more than likely your transmision shift computer. In my car its on the passanger side under the carpet, covered by a metal plate. For your car I wouldn't know its exact location. You will have to replace it to get proper shifting back. From what I find online it will cost around 150$(no idea for delership price but I think its around 300$) or you can get one from a junkyard, would be much cheaper but no guarantee it would work.

Also hopefully txgreasemonkey will see this and he may have aditional information or ideas as to what it could be.

Also the year of your car would be good info.
