Even though you replaced the distributor, it sounds like the Ignition Control Module and/or coil may be bad. Here's how to replace them:

We have had many new aftermarket distributors fail.

We have had many, many new aftermarket distributors not work in Hondas. I only recommend genuine Honda distributors, from experience. If the problem persists, after replacing the main relay, keep this in mind.

No. I've never seen a bad Honda fuel pump, even though many people unnecessarily replace them. If the main relay doesn't work, check all underdash and underhood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Also, perform the K-Test on the ECM, if the CEL stays on.
