Chart for lugs according to wire size
I want to ask where I will get the lug for the proper wire size or core cable
If it shows how much amps it will carry in a single chart
Otherwise tell me in which site I will get it

    I don't understand the question:

Lugs typically accept a wire size and have a hole that can be used to attach it to a bus. Like #10 wire with a #8 stud.

    Hello suniljayarajan

Standard cable lug sizes are :
    1.5 mm , 2.5mm , 4mm , 6mm , 10mm , 16 mm2 , 25mm2 , 35mm2 , 50mm2 , 70mm2 , 95mm2 , 120 mm2 , 150 mm , 185 mm2 , 240 mm˛ , 300mm2 , 400mm , 500mm .

Wire size to max. current :

    0,50 mm˛ = 3A
    0,75 mm˛ = 6A
    1,00 mm˛ = 10A
    1,25 mm˛ = 13A
    1,50 mm˛ = 16A
    2,50 mm˛ = 20A
    4,00 mm˛ = 25A
    6,00 mm˛ = 40A
    10,0 mm˛ = 63A
    16,0 mm˛ = 80A
    25,0 mm˛ = 100A
    35,0 mm˛ = 125A

    Dear sunil,

Lugs sizes are independent of current carrying capacity. They are prominently termed with reference to cross section area i.e. Mm2 size of conductor. Cord lugs, dowells, jainson are the reputed manufacturer of the lugs. (cross section area i.e. Mm2 is selected on the basis of current in ampere of the load.)

For example for 70mm^2 conductor circumference depends on the construction whether it is flexible, stranded, sector/circular,aluminium or copper conductor etc. For CCC refer manufacturer's cataloque or BS/NEC by quoting type of insulation, method of laying, ambient temperature etc
