    What is Florida's Legal age a child/children have to be to determine, in a court of Law, to whom which parent they would rather reside with?

    Children are not allowed to choose. If they are in their teens, when the parents petition the court for a custody change their opinions *may* be taken into consideration. It is at the discretion of the court, however.
