Hi my name is Rao my dream was to start a restaurant since I love cooking so why not I make this as my profession,so the problem is I am working as a Branch Manager in a Building Materials Co.in restaurant,am I eligible to start my own business?and what all documents do I need and how much will the licence cost ,please advise

You need to know how things work so that as an owner you will know how to hire competent employees to serve your guests. Try being a waiter. It's not a glamorous job, but it is the backbone of guest service. Educate yourself on the business first, then start researching locations for your dream business.
