Help with leaky breasts

Well my question is, if I am not breastfeeding, is there a way to stop my breasts from leaking? They don't hurt or anything, but they definitely leak a lot. Should they just dry up over non-use? And should I avoid manually pumping them? Thanks for any help! :D

I filled my hot tub yesterday only to find out I have a leak where the PVC inlet to the water pump meet. The PVC pipe snugs up against the pump intake. Leaky Stairs

In my house the basement was originally a cellar. The owners before me extended the house over the stairs. When it rains ground water seaps in through my stairs(The stairs are the original concrete stairs). Any ideas on a quick fix?
